Noodles Soup
Lunch @ The No.5 Valley Resort's kitchen.
We arrived quite starved as our flight out of Shanghai to Zhangjiajie only served a small "burger" as breakfast (such is the state of service on China's internal flights).
Even though we had not made an advanced order, the kitchen was very kind enough to prepare 2 bowls of noodles soup to feed 2 hungry (growling) stomachs.
Nothing fancy really - as scrunched by the kitchen "Ah Yi" (aka Chinese aunties) - a few slices of pork, some greens, a dollop of chilli paste (we are now in major Chilli country) and a big bright sunny egg - a most welcomed and grateful 20RMB bowl of noodles!
