Forest Mushroom Orzotto With Herbs & Smoked Meat From Matsimoka Farm

Buckwheat groats are Estonian staples....and seemingly, they are usually prepared savoury.

 

The dish arrived heady with alluring buttery aroma.

I love the tastes of both the smoked meat and mushroom punctuating through the buttery embrace starchy groats.

 

"This can't be good for health" (I was thinking between mouthfuls)

 

Before I knew it, I had almost finished the pot.
