"Meringue, PB&J"
The true encore of the evening - we were welcomed into the kitchen serenaded by the crew for the last bit of dessert - nitrogen dipped PBJ that when bitten releases a dragon-like puff of 'smoke' from your nose (this part I personally thought was a tad "too yesterday" now as every chef that works with "cold cooking" has this bit up their sleeves) and coffee/tea to cap the evening.
