"Vineyard Smoke, Foie Gras, Condiment"
I am not sure I am quite amused when the lid opened and up came a puff of cigarette smoke....although I did see the amusement in it.
On the other hand, the chicken breast is one of the best, if not the BEST I ever had - so tender, so moist and so juicy. It felt like a pillow, not the usual chunky fibrous flavourless cut of meat which I usually boiled it down to its death to extract flavour for soups. Of course, having a shawl of foie gras added 'butteriness', smoothing the experience, like whipped cream on a parfait.
Very silky sleek.
