麻辣小龙虾生煎包 (Spicy Crayfish Pan-Fried Buns)

Brunch @ "小杨生煎".

 

An old favourite given a new spin - now offered with the "hottest" ingredient this year - spicy crayfish as filling.

 

The buns are not that fully packed with juices as per the traditional minced pork variety but the fillings came packing with Sichuan flavours, with a sweet fishy but moreish twang that is quite beguiling.
