文昌抱罗粉 (Wenchang Rice Noodles)

Dinner @ "海南人家".

 

The specialty rice noodle dish from Wenchang City although I have no way to ascertain its authenticity especially when the dish we ordered came with taste almost as bland as water, despite the explosion of colour.

 

Looks promising but deliver almost nothing.
