椰子冻 (Coconut Pudding)

Lunch @ "拾味馆".

 

The pudding, surprisingly, was made with both coconut water and coconut milk, so it was supremely refreshing against a warm and balmy day, true to the words of the (stubborn) waitress - it was indeed great, served as a starter.
