A night @ "Ultraviolet by Paul Pairet", the 42nd Best Restaurant in the world of 2016.

"Egg Suzette, Sorrel, Peas, Toast, And Some"
"This is the end?"
We were asked this question as everyone lazed around at "the end of the courses".
*BURP*
And then light flooded the room and suddenly "Breakfast" was served!
"Moan".....one of the lady customer of the evening could be heard uttering although everyone did return to the table with some anticipation as the gentle knocks of "Room Service" heralded the start of another theme.
And not at all was "Breakfast @ Tiffany's" served.
It was actually Dessert Part 2!
Everything again, was not what it seems.
The yolk was in fact a gelatinous sac of "liquid sunshine" - orange juice and the condiments, various custards and jams! (I couldn't stop licking the reddish mixed berry jam!)
