"Caviar, Lemon, Pepper, Sea"

 

Something so French - oyster served in its own shell in its own liquid - sea water (of course, purified and not the gunk from the ocean), flavoured with lemon and hints of herbs, frozen and encasing the oyster, delivered a full-on seafoody blast that won over even the harshest of oyster-haters
