晶莹鲜虾饺 (Steamed Shrimp Dumplings)

Dim Sum lunch @ "点点心". (I first heard about the chain from the now defunct “康熙来了“)

 

I have a weakness for "Har Kows" - I never resist them and these incandescent morsels of seafoody delight was packed full of luscious prawns resting within a thin luminescent dumpling skin.

 

Just decadently simple and irresistibly delightful.
