Tenzaru Cha Soba

Lunch @ "Yoyogi Restaurant" within Meiji Jinggu Shrine.

 

Cold Cha (green tea) soba (noodles) enjoyed first dunked into a cold broth made from dashi and soysauce and then slurped up with gusto, accompanied by hot deep-tried assorted tempura......one of my fave Japanese dishes.
