Flavourful start to the evening.....who would have known that such simple ingredients could be magically harnessed to deliver scrumptious delights?
The roasted cauliflower is caramelic and almost meaty in taste while while the green peas were bursting with juicy sweetness. I also adore that the pastry crust for the tartlets was so thin but yet sturdy that they are able to hold the contents in.
