糯米椒炒松阪猪 (Stir-Fried Pork With Green Chillies)

The restaurant mentioned that the green chillies are unique in that they are not spicy at all. And indeed they are not. I do love green chillies and stir-fried with pork, it was another extremely tasty simple dish: crunchy fresh chillies paired against tender slivers of pork.
