Niboshi Tsukemen

Dinner @ "Nagi", a famous Ramen spot for its fishy anchovy broth.

 

The broth was rather fishy - heavy with the flavours of anchovies and thick with the fattiness of pork bones. I was glad that I had opted for the Tsukemen, which was consumed by dunking the noodles into the salty broth as I found the fishiness a tad too overpowering for my personal liking.
