Rice With Furikake

Dinner @ "Nagi", a famous Ramen spot for its fishy anchovy broth.

 

A small bowl of rice flavoured with Furikake (a mixture containing Katsuobushi and Nori seaweed etc) served up as an appetiser before the noodles arrived.

 

I actually enjoyed this more as although it was simple, it was really tasty.

Done
