The Gringo
Lunch @ "Seven & Ate", a new bistro/cafe that took over the spot vacated by "The Bao Makers".
"Two grilled pork patties seasoned with honey & mustard, topped with homemade guacamole and pico de gallo"
A distinct Mexican touch but not full-on Mexican as the traditional herbs and spices were missing. Mate felt it was a tad over salted for his personal liking but like my own burger, the pork patties were moist and juicy and the accompanying guacamole and salsa paired well with them. I would just oomph out the Mexican spices though.....it was lacking a tad of seasoning (not salt).
