Half Roasted Chicken

Weekend brunch @ "Mr. Willis", voted 'Best Brunch' in Shanghai in 2016 by the Weekender Shanghai magazine.

 

The signature dish of the restaurant and it did not disappoint - excellently executed : full-on flavour but yet tender morsels....even for the dreaded chicken breast.

 

The pumpkin was equally excellently executed - marshmallowy, sweet, caramelised although having too much of it can get quite strained for the stomach after a few generous mouthfuls.....
