Sakura-flavoured Ice Cream

Ice cream from "Bashamichi Ice".

 

Yokohama is the birthplace of ice cream in Japan. Bashamichi Ice offers traditional ice cream made from eggs, milk, and sugar.

 

The ice cream is not the supremely creamy type; there was quite a significant content of ice but I prefer this more subtle taste of Sakura blooms than my mate's choice of "Soda Pop" flavour.
