BBQ Pork Ribs With Fries & Slaw

Lunch @ "Viva!", a Portuguese restaurant.

 

I do not think this is very Portuguese - more American perhaps but the ribs were cooked well - moist and falling off the bones, and the spicy & tangy tomato-based sauce made the morsels even more delectable.
