Pulled Lamb Leg, Marmalade On Toast & Pickles

Lunch @ "The Social Commune".

 

Very tender and very moist pulled lamb - I almost could not detect the animalic characters of lamb - and balanced well with the pickles and (hidden) Marmalade.
