Roasted Potatoes, Quail Eggs, Dashi & Mushrooms

Lunch @ "The Social Commune".

 

The mushrooms were overly salted and the savoury Dashi did not help at all. While everything was prepared well and the dish looked exceedingly dainty, it was just too salty to enjoy.
