南乳炸猪排 (Deep-Fried Fermented Tofu Flavoured Pork Chop)

Deep-fried pork chop is a perennial favourite in Shanghai, usually served with Worcester sauce. (Again, a remnant from past colonial days)

 

This chain serves one, flavoured with fermented tofu, although I can't really pick out the sweet and savoury character that usually defines fermented tofu.
