Weekend Special "Burger"

Weekend brunch at the ultra popular "Liquid Laundry".

 

Avocado, feta cheese, egg, diced tomato and pulled pork on wholemeal bread?

 

Not the traditional burger I am expecting but it sure arrived packed to the brim with flavours. Everything just gelled in harmony delivering a symphony of tastes and textures.
