One of the signature dish of the place and the main reason for my visit - Eggs Benedict!
And this one made my knees weak. Yes, the yolks were not as silky runny like 'liquid sunshine" but that smoked BBQ Beef Brisket - all explosive with savoury meaty succulence....umm, umm, ummmmmmm!!!!
And that slightly crunchy and slight doughy muffin carried all the flavour weight well, muting down that slightly salty brisket for a balance release of flavour.
