Wholewheat Bagel With Almond Honey Butter Schmear

Weekend brunch at the ultra popular "Liquid Laundry".

 

I am not a fan of bagel as I find it dense but mate was very interested to get a first try.

 

Mate opted for the wholewheat versio and it arrived full of wholewheat goodness - cereal-nutty aroma and texture!

 

The "schmear' was a tad too watery but the hints of cinnamon hiding in it was a touch of flavour genius.
