Dinner @ "古意", a top Hunan restaurant in Shanghai.

 

Almost like a dry version of the much erroneously translated "Saliva Chicken" of Sichuan province, the pangs of green Sichuan peppercorn and the freshness of cilantro made this dish extremely moreish.
