Fried Foie Gras With Banana Textures

Dinner @ "Savour 2015", a Michelin-star studded culinary event in Shanghai.

 

The first item to sold out from 'OSIA' of Singapore - and I can understand why!

 

The foie gras was rich and buttery with just the right amount of nuances of livery hints. Paired up with the little tangy bits of caramelised bananas, the dish popped like a piñatas!

 

The flavours literally exploded.

 

One of my favourite dishes of the evening.
