梅菜剁椒密制蒸豆腐 (Steamed Tofu With Preserved Mustard Greens and Chopped Chillies)

Dinner @ "阿宝家 (APO'S)", a self-styled Cantonese restaurant but serving a bit of everything.

 

One of the standout dish of the night - firm but yieldy tofu, perfectly flavoured by the subtle heat of the chopped chillies and the impeccable savouriness of the preserved vegetable.

 

Pity that the preserved vegetable was not fully cleaned through - I bit into a small grain of sand on my first bite - luckily it did no damage to teeth whatsoever - mercy!
