I am doubtful this has Manchurian connections as there was the distinct use of Sichuan peppercorns in the spicy oil but I was really grateful for the bountiful servings of crunchy fresh greens and was really delighted by the very clean and fresh prawns; so fresh and clean they were, that the heads were good to gnaw on for more flavours and tastes!
