五星大拉皮 (Mung Bean Noodles Salad)

Dinner @ "那家老院子".

 

Mung Bean noodles are a common staple in the Northeast and are usually served at ambient temperature, with mixed vegetable and vinegary roasted sesame (Tahini-like) sauce.

 

The taste was very tangy and fresh but still rich and decadent. Really appetising.
