Butter Gremolata Rotiserrie Chicken

Lunch @ "Wishbone" (The restaurant/eatery, not the Takeaway)

 

The piece de resistance......for most parts, it was moist and tender and the crispy skin was pure delight.....but there were dry spots at the chicken breast, which I did not enjoy, and no amount of dipping sauce can salvage these spots, unfortunately.

 

The two dipping sauces – mayonnaise and jalapeno, and mustard and zucchini – were rather mild, perhaps in an attempt to not mask the natural tastes of the chicken but I would really like for them to be a tad more robust as they were coming across as watery and tame, especially considering when you see Jalapeno and Mustard as ingredients.
