Bourbon Bacon Sticky Bun

Late lunch @ "Egg".

 

WOAH! I can taste the bourbon!

I can feel it escaping my nostrils after my first bite.

 

But it gelled well as a glaze with the salty and almost caramel-like bacon bits enveloped in the sticky bun.

 

The bun was sweet, savoury, gooey, sticky and irresistible all at once.
