Fish Soup
Lunch @ a small little seafood place in mesmerising Brijuni.
I opted to try the fish soup, almost consomme like, cooked with tomatoes.
The taste was delicate and delightfully ethereal.....the tomato masking off the fishy tones and the fresh sweetness of the fish suppressing the peely notes in tomato I am not fond of. A combo of 2 things I do not like turned out to be a great antidote for each other; poison neutralising poison; for a great success.
