Goulash Soup
Dinner @ "Cafe Intenzo". (We were determined to make amends after the 'fiasco' of a 1st time Hungarian lunch)
This is the REAL Goulash - a beef stock based soup with mixed root vegetable. (We were offered spoonfuls of spicy paprika should we need to make the soup spicier)
Very rustic; very hearty - it resembled a more intense consomme; a bowl of soup shared between 2 mates was quickly polished off.
