Sausage Fried Rice

Lunch @ "XiXi Bistrot", an up and coming fusion food bistro.

 

Instead of Chinese style fried rice with Chinese sausage, western sausage was used, to give the dish a delightful smokiness. I was pretty sure it was not Chorizo but I have no idea what was used.....but whatever it was, it worked really well!
