Grilled Hermelin

Lunch @ "Planeta Levoca" in the city of Levoca, while on a day tour of the region.

 

My choice of main - just to know how it taste like.....and it tasted great! I can almost imagine a grilled Brie or a grilled Mozzarella; something in between! Milky, silky and irresistible as it stretched beautifully for great texture.

 

Yum!!
