Seasonal Fruit Soup

Brunch @ sun-soaked "Hutte Cafe".

 

My mate's choice for brunch - a cold seasonal fruit (in this case, mixed berries) soup/Gazpacho, which, while amazingly fresh and refreshing, was more smoothie!

 

Cold fruit soup turns out to be quite a Hungarian summer specialty.
