Lobster Bisque

Dinner @ "The Boiler", famous for its steam kettle cooking.

 

A soup to start the meal and I always enjoy a good Lobster Bisque.

 

The taste was umami and luxurious; full nutty-shell and all...BUT it was rather grainy-powdery, upsetting the experience.
