Eggs Benedict on Toasts

Breakfast specials made to order at the Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatra.

 

I am a sucker for anything "Egg Benedict" although I think muffins still made the best companion.

 

Arrived extremely delicate and pretty to look at (not to mention for photographs) but the toast was too thin to really balance off the egg but hey, I'm really more forgiving when it comes to Egg Benedict and its alikes.
