Oxtail

Lunch @ "Zylinder", a restaurant serving Austrian food in Bratislava. (Austria being not too far away)

 

"Braised in red wine, creamy kohlrabi with dill, boiled potatoes with parsley".

 

I could only recalled this was tasty and unfortunately, not much else, with the ribs eclipsing all at the table.
