Medove Rezy (Honey Cake)

Lunch on the train from Prague into Bratislava.

 

Dessert to finish off a satisfying (first time train) lunch thy far.

 

For something served on a train, the cake wasn't half bad. In fact, it was rather tasty and suitably texturised - not too firm nor too limp. I can't really taste honey; it was more of a browned sugariness I reckon that I was getting.
