Onion Soup

Dinner @ "Bistro Fotic", an Italian restaurant.

 

Mate's choice of starter - onion soup that came with a baked cheese crust.

 

I generally avoid onion soups - I do like their sweetness and savouriness but they tend to leave a strong alliaceous aftertaste in the mouth and I am not too fond of that.
