Salmon Rice Bruschetta

Lunch @ "XiXi Bistrot", an up and coming fusion food bistro.

 

Not a fan of raw salmon (I thought it would be smoked salmon).....but the "rice Bruschetta", which is basically toasted rice crust was the surprise here. I loved the nutty rice-like sweetness with each chew but I hate it that with each chew, it stuck to the gums, and you had to use the tongue to try to dislodge the gummy morsels.
