虾子捞面 (Dry Shrimp Roe Noodles)

Dinner @ "Wong Chi Kei" (黃枝記麵家).

 

I missed this totally 10 years ago in Macau. How did I even miss it?!?

 

This was deliciously awesome!!

Dry blended noodles, generously dusted with fried shrimp roe, and served with a small bowl of prawn stock.

 

I was in umami heaven........and I refused to float down afterwards!
