干炒牛河 (Stir-Fried Beef Flat Rice Noodles)

Lunch @ Michelin 1-Star "何洪记" (Ho Hung Kee).

 

Holy crap! Great "Wok Hei" - or "Wok Aroma" - that aroma that emits from a nicely heated wok and a sign of the chef's great culinary skill!

 

Everything about this dish screamed delicious and perfectly done......although my mate did not like the "Wok Hei", as he was not used to such intensity.
