Fried Calamari

Late lunch @ "A Vencedora" (坤记).

 

I wanted seafood "something" and the idea of Calamari is always appealing, although the squid here came across more stir-fried than fried.....as the chef added a ginger-garlic sauce over the pieces of squid.

 

I supposed it was meant to add flavour but it kinda water-downed the "fried" part of Fried Calamari....
