陈皮牛肉球 (Orange Peel Beef Balls)

Breakfast @ The Michelin 1-Star "Tim Ho Wan" @ its flagship original shop @ Sham Shui Po.

 

I couldn't hardly taste the dried preserved orange peels but the steamed beef balls were tremendously springy and tender, very smooth and delicate in taste.
