赛螃蟹春卷 (Mock Crab Deep-Fried Spring Rolls)

Breakfast @ The Michelin 1-Star "Tim Ho Wan" @ its flagship original shop @ Sham Shui Po.

 

The mock crab filling turned out to be mixed vegetable, fish with egg white. Honestly, the spring rolls were served hot and were very flaky and crunchy although I did not really grab any impressions of crab meat.
