烧鹅叉烧 (Roasted Goose & BBQ Pork)

Dinner @ "鏞記酒家" (Yung Kee).

 

The BBQ Pork was ALRIGHT.

The HIGHLIGHT here was the Roasted Goose - skin so crunchy and crispy and bursting with flavour with every bite....with the thin fat layer beneath exploding like flavour fireworks in the mouth. And the remarkable? The flesh was juicy, tender and still packed full of taste and flavour!
