西瓜燕窝蜜爽 (Watermelon, Bird's Nest & Honey Jelly)

Dessert @ "許留山".

 

A very common dessert chain, offering a multitude of flavours, mixing Asian desserts with fresh fruits.

 

As it is summer, watermelon is fruit du jour. Combined with bird's nest and wobbly honey jelly, this was a much welcomed mouthfuls amidst the warm humidity of the city.
